Ingredients
4tbspbutter
1lbshrimp
salt and pepper
3garlic cloves,minced
1lemon juice
¼tspred pepper flakes
2tbspparsley,chopped
Preparation
In a medium sized skillet over medium low heat, add the butter. Cook until the butter starts to foam, and turn brown
Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Turn the heat to medium high. Add the garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes each side until the shrimp turns pink.
Add the lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Garnish with parsley and toss with pasta if desired.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!
