Ingredients
1cupbrown sugar
¼cuphoney
½cuporange juice(or pineapple juice)
3tbspdijon mustard(or grainy mustard)
½tspcinnamon(or pumpkin pie spice)
¼tspground ginger
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer on low about 15 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat and allow to cool 10 to 15 minutes to thicken.
Brush over cooked ham during the last 20 to 30 minutes or until golden.
