Ingredients
2 tsp cornstarch
4 tsp rice wine vinegar
½ cup corn syrup
¼ cup chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
Preparation
In a large bowl, add cornstarch. Pour rice vinegar, corn syrup, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Add ginger, garlic powder, and salt.
Using a whisk, mix everything until well combined.
Toss fried wings into it and enjoy!
