Ingredients
1lbbrussels sprouts
1tbspolive oil
salt and pepper,to taste
1tbspbutter
¼cupfresh parmesan cheese,shredded, optional
Preparation
Slice the brussels sprouts in half from top to bottom, or in thirds if they’re large.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high.
Add the brussels sprouts, salt and pepper.
Cook the sprouts for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender crisp, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, then toss with the butter and parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper, if needed.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
