Ingredients
3cupsflour
3tspbaking powder
1tspsalt
¼cupbrown sugar
¼cupwhite sugar
12ozbeer,(1 can)
½cupbutter,melted
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the brown sugar and white sugar. Add the beer and mix together until it forms a dough.
In a 9×5-inch greased loaf pan spread the dough evenly. Pour melted butter on top.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes clean.
