Ingredients

55 oz pork and beans, (5 cans)

8 bacon rashers, sliced 1-inch thick, about 1 cup

16 oz tomato sauce

2 medium onions, chopped

6 hot links, sliced

¼ bottle barbecue sauce

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp liquid smoke

2 tsp dry mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp brown sugar

hot sauce, to taste

Preparation

Heat up a saute pan on medium. Cook the bacon to render some fat, about 5 minutes. Add the onion.

Transfer the bacon and onions to the crockpot. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook it on Low for 6 to 7 hours.
