white bread loaves, sliced lengthwise

12 oz Swiss cheese, (around 16 slices)

18 oz ham, cooked and sliced

½ cup dill pickle relish, drained

1½ cups sour cream

½ cup cream cheese

2 tbsp onion soup mix

1 tsp dill weed

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried parsley

salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients for the california dip.

Next, flatten each slice using a rolling pin or an empty wine bottle.

Take a piece of bread and evenly spread roughly 2 tablespoons of California dip.

Place the cheese on the bread, top it with ham and 1 to 2 tablespoon of pickle relish.

Roll the bread and wrap each roll with cling wrap and chill until ready to serve.

Slice each roll into ½-inch slices. Serve and enjoy!
