Ingredients
1Curemaster Reserve™ Ham Campfire Sugar
1cupCrunchy Brown Sugar Glaze
2lbsrusset potatoes,peeled and chopped into 1-inch cubes
2tbspcanola oil
1tspkosher salt
¼tspblack pepper,freshly cracked
1tbspwhole grain mustard
Preparation
Heat the Curemaster Reserve™ Ham according to the instructions with the packaging.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Toss the potatoes with the canola oil, salt and pepper.
Spread onto a cookie sheet, then roast for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, then toss with the whole grain mustard.
Serve ham with the roasted potatoes, and enjoy!
