Ingredients

¼chilledcantaloupe,seeds removed

1½ozblanco tequila,(silver tequila)

1lime,juiced

½tspagave nectar,or simple syrup, to taste

pinchsea salt

3ice cubes

lime round,to garnish

Preparation

Use a big spoon to scoop the flesh of the cantaloupe from the skin. Place everything but the ice in the blender and blend until smooth.

Add the ice and blend thoroughly.

Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime round.
