Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp salt
1 pc onion, medium, chopped
¾ cup white vinegar
2 cups olive oil
⅛ cup celery seeds
¼ tsp black pepper
Preparation
Combine sugar, mustard, salt, onions, and half of the vinegar in the blender.
Add oil gradually and remaining vinegar in small amounts while blending.
Beat until thickened.
Add celery seeds and press the pulse on the blender for 5 seconds or until mixed. Serve.
