Ingredients

1pizza dough roll,refrigerated, homemade dough for one 12-inch pizza

½lblean ground beef

¼cuponion,diced

1garlic clove

2tbspbarbecue sauce

1cuppizza sauce

1cupMozzarella cheese,shredded

1cupcheddar cheese,shredded

¼cupred onion,sliced

4bacon slices,cooked, chopped

¼cupbarbecue sauce

mustard

ketchup

pickles

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Unroll the dough onto a parchment-lined pan

Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, brown the beef, onion, and garlic until no pink remains. Drain any fat. Add in 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce and cook for about 3 minutes until thickened.

Spread the pizza sauce over the dough. Top with the ground beef mixture and mozzarella cheese.

Add the red onions, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Drizzle with the remaining barbecue sauce.

Turn the oven up to 450 degrees F. Bake for about 5 to 8 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.

Cut into 8 slices and garnish with mustard, pickles, and ketchup, if desired. Enjoy!
