Ingredients
12 oz pizza crust, prepared
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
½ cup Monterey jack cheese, grated
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
all-purpose flour, for dusting
Preparation
Preheat oven to 440 degrees F.
Combine garlic and butter in a bowl. Whisk until evenly incorporated.
Dust your working area with flour, place your dough, and roll to form a large rectangle until you reach roughly a 3 cm thick dough.
Place pizza crust onto a baking sheet pan and evenly spread the garlic butter on top.
Spread pizza sauce on top of the garlic butter mixture, then top with cheeses.
Bake for roughly 25 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cut pizza into sticks and serve warm.
