Ingredients

1canpizza crustprepared

2tbspolive oil

6eggs

3tbspmilk

½tspdried basil

salt & pepper to taste

½lbsausagecooked and drained

¼cupbaconcooked, or bacon bits

3green onionssliced, divided

¼cupred bell pepperfinely chopped

8ozCabot Pepper Jack Cheese

2ozCabot Extra Sharp Cheddar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

With 1 tablespoon olive oil, grease a 10×15 pan with a rim. Press dough into the pan and brush with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with basil. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, whisk eggs, milk, and salt and pepper. Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat just until set, about 3-4 minutes. Eggs should be shiny and undercooked.

Sprinkle pizza with toppings. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley. Let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
