1lblean ground beef
1onion,finely diced
2garlic cloves,minced
8ozCabot Cream Cheese,softened
½cupsour cream
2tbspketchup,or barbecue sauce
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
½tspsmoked paprika
1tbspdijon mustard
3tbspdill pickle juice
2cupsCabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese,divided
8bacon slices,fried crisp and chopped
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, dill pickle juice, and Dijon mustard with a hand mixer until fluffy.
Fold ground beef, 1½ cups of Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese, and half of the bacon.
Spread into a 9-inch pie plate or casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon. Bake for 18 to 21 minutes or until melted and bubbly. Broil if desired.
