Ingredients

1lbbow tie pasta

1lbmild pork sausage

1large onion,chopped

26ozspaghetti sauce,(2 jars)

1lbham,cubed

1lbpepperoni,sliced

8ozmozzarella cheese,(3 bags), shredded

6tbspparmesan cheese,grated

2tbspgarlic,chopped

1tspdried oregano

Preparation

Cook pasta in water until al dente.

Cook the sausage, garlic, onion and oregano until juices run clear.

In a lightly greased 9×13-inch pan, pour a small amount of sauce to lightly coat the bottom. Add in ⅓ of the pasta, ⅓ of the sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, sausage and onions.

Pour in ½ of the remaining pasta, ½ sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, and ham.

Add in the the remaining pasta, all remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, all the pepperoni completely covering the top.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes.

Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
