Ingredients
32ozpotatoes,shredded, defrosted if frozen
½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
⅔cupsour cream
10½ozcondensed cheddar cheese soup,or cream of mushroom soup
1cupsharp cheddar cheese,shredded
¼cupbutter,melted
¼cupmilk
2tbspbutter,melted
1cupcornflakes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a 9×13-inch pan and mix well.
Gently break up cornflake crumbs and toss with melted butter.
Sprinkle over casserole and bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and topping is golden.
