Ingredients
2 cups Original Bisquick
⅓ cup cherries, dried
⅓ cup chocolate chips, semisweet
¼ cup sugar
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp sugar
Preparation
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix the Bisquick, cherries, chocolate chips, sugar, whipping cream and egg in a bowl until a soft dough forms.
Place the dough on the surface dusted with bisquick flour. Roll to coat.
Shape into a ball and knead 10 times.
Pat dough into an 8-inch circle on a cookie sheet.
Brush the dough with milk then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Cut into 8 wedges, but do not separate.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Carefully separate wedges then serve warm!
