Ingredients
1lbcherries
½cupwater
¼cupsugar
3tbsplime juice,fresh
Preparation
Stem the cherries and remove the pits.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cherries with the water, sugar, and lime juice, and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the cherries are very soft and cooked through.
Remove from heat, then let it cool to room temperature.
Puree the cherries and their liquid, then pour the mixture through a fine sieve.
Pour into ice pop molds, then freeze at least 2 hours.
Serve frozen, and enjoy!
