Ingredients

1½cupswatermelon cubes,seedless

3tbspwater

1tbspchia seeds

1lime slice,to garnish

mint sprig,to garnish

ice

Preparation

In a blender, combine the watermelon and water, then puree until smooth.

Stir in the chia seeds, then let them sit for about 5 minutes.

Stir again, and let sit for as long as desired, or as long as the seeds become more gel-like.

Pour into a glass over ice, then garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
