Ingredients
4 pcs boneless skinless chicken
1 cup rice
½ cup onion, chopped
1 tsp bouillon
2½ cup hot water
Preparation
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. In an oiled frying pan, saute chicken over medium heat until chicken turns brown. Remove from heat.
Transfer chicken in an oven dish. Add rice, onions, and boullion around the chicken.
Add hot water to the dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and let it cool for 15 minutes. Serve.
