Ingredients
2 large pear, sliced into ½-inch-thick slices
1 tbsp canola oil
¼ cup small red onions, diced
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 small jalapeno, diced
1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt
black pepper, freshly ground
1½ cups cooked chicken meat, shredded
6 flour tortillas, 6-inch
¼ cup scallions, sliced
¾ cup Gruyere, shredded
salt
black pepper, freshly ground
2 tbsp butter, melted
¼ cup crème fraiche
Preparation
Core and remove seeds from pears
Place the pears on a hot grill or grill pan and grill for 3 minutes per side. Remove from grill and let cool.
Chop grilled pears into small pieces and place them in a small bowl. Add in red onions, garlic, jalapeno, oregano, and lemon juice. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the shredded chicken, green onions, and gruyere together. season with salt and pepper. Place in oven until cheese is melted.
