Ingredients

1 pack shredded lettuce, or 8 oz

1 medium tomato, cut into wedges

1⁄2 cup ranch salad dressing, reduced-fat

1⁄4 cup ripe olives, sliced

2 tbsp taco sauce

4 tostada shells

2 packs ready-to-use Southwestern chicken strips, or 6 oz

1⁄2 cup Mexican cheese blend, shredded

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomato, olives ranch dressing, and taco sauce. Mix until everything is incorporated and coated well. Arrange lettuce mixture over tostada shells. Top with chicken and cheese.

Then take a tostada, add lettuce, chicken, and cheese. Top off with lettuce and ranch mixture. Serve.
