Ingredients
6ozboxed stuffing mix
1¼cupshot water
2cupscooked chicken,diced
⅓cupsour cream
10½oz*cream of chicken soup,(see Recipe Notes for recipe)
3cupsfrozen mixed vegetables,defrosted
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine hot water and stuffing mix in bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients to a greased 9×13-inch pan. Top with stuffing mixture.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and topping is browned.
Serve warm and enjoy.
