Ingredients
15ozgarbanzo beans,(1 can), drained
1red pepper,roasted
2tbspfresh parsley,leaves only
2garlic cloves
1tbspsesame oil
1lemon,juiced
salt and fresh pepper,to taste
Preparation
Combine the garbanzo beans, red pepper, parsley, garlic, sesame oil, juiced lemon, salt, and fresh pepper in a food processor. Add a little water, if it is too thick.
Blend until smooth.
Serve with fresh vegetables, and enjoy!
