Ingredients
½lbraw tiger shrimp,peeled
1tbspHeinz tomato ketchup
2tspfish sauce
1handful cilantro
½redchile
1tbspfresh ginger,chopped
1clovegarlic
1tbspvegetable oil
Preparation
In a small bowl, coat the shrimp with the ketchup, fish sauce, cilantro, chile, ginger, and garlic. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok until it is shimmering. Fry the shrimp over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Serve immediately, with the sauce from the pan.
