Ingredients

½cupunsalted butter,melted

1cupsugar

2large eggs

2tspvanilla extract

⅓cupunsweetened cocoa powder

½cupflour

¼tspsalt

¼tspbaking powder

1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips

16ozcream cheese,room temperature

2tspvanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9-inch springform pan with baking spray.

To a stand mixer, add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

On low speed, add in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder then add in the chocolate chips.

Add half of the brownie batter to the springform pan.

Bake for 15 minutes, then let cool completely.

In a second bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth.

Gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer, then spoon the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese and swirl with a knife gently.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Let cool completely before refrigerating until completely chilled.

Serve chilled, and enjoy!
