Ingredients

1cupunsalted butter,softened

½cupsugar

2cupsflour

½cupmini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.

Add butter and sugar to a stand mixer, then cream on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until light and fluffy.

Lower speed to the lowest setting, then add in the flour slowly until just combined. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.

Roll the mixture into a 2 inch wide log and wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut into ½ thick slices, then bake for 20 minutes.

Cool completely before removing from baking sheet. Serve, and enjoy!
