Ingredients

14ozsweetened condensed milk

1tspvanilla extract

1tspalmond extract

⅔cupflour

14ozsweetened coconut flakes1 bag

¼tspkosher salt

6ozsemisweet chocolate melting discs

Preparation

Mix the vanilla extract and almond extract in with the condensed milk.

Add in the flour, coconut flakes and salt, then mix well.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Scoop out 18 macaroons using an ice cream scoop onto parchment paper-line baking tray.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove the macaroons from the oven, and allow to cool.

Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until completely smooth.

Dip the bottom ½-inch of the macaroons in the melted chocolate.

Place back onto the parchment paper, then let harden.

Serve, and enjoy!
