Ingredients

4ozdark chocolateor milk chocolate, chopped

4ozwhite chocolatechopped

7mandarin orangeslarge, peeled and segmented

sea saltcoarse or flaked, optional

multi-color sprinklesoptional

Preparation

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Place white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.

Heat in microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring well between intervals until melted and smooth.

Dip half of the mandarin orange slices in white chocolate halfway, then lift and and let excess run off.

Transfer to a prepared baking sheet, then sprinkle with sprinkles before the chocolate starts to set.

Place dark chocolate in a separate microwave safe bowl.

Heat in microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring well between intervals until melted and smooth.

Dip remaining half of the mandarin oranges in the dark chocolate, then lift and let excess run off.

Transfer to lined baking sheet, then sprinkle lightly with sea salt.

Transfer baking sheets to refrigerator and chill just until chocolate has set, about 5 to 10 minutes.
