Ingredients

2 unsweetened chocolate squares , melted

3 cups miniature marshmallows

3 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp milk

2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

¼ tsp vanilla

⅛ tsp salt

flaked coconuts

Preparation

Beat cream cheese and milk together until well blended; beat in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.

Stir in the chocolate and fold in marshmallows.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into flaked coconut.

Toss until well coated.

Place on a cookie sheet and chill until firm.

Makes 4 dozen.
