Ingredients

½cupunsalted butter

8ozbittersweet chocolate

1cuppowdered sugar

2large eggs

2large egg yolks

6tbspflour

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Butter the ramekins or muffin tins.

Melt the butter and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, in the microwave at 30 second increments until smooth.

Let the chocolate cool for 2 minutes, then add in the powdered sugar, whole eggs and yolks. Mix to combine.

Sift in the flour, then mix until just combined.

Add the batter evenly to the ramekins.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until the sides are set and the middle is slightly jiggly.

Let rest for 1 minute.

Add a cookie sheet on top of the muffin tin, then flip over.

Using a spatula, slide it under the cake carefully to transfer to a plate.

Dust with more powdered sugar, then garnish with chopped chocolate or berries, if desired.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
