Ingredients
3 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 cups salted butter, softened
4 tsp vanilla
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate wafers, or bars
6 tbsp parowax
Preparation
Mix peanut butter, sugar, butter, and vanilla together in a bowl.
Shape peanut butter mixture into balls about the size of a quarter. Lay them on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Melt chocolate chips with parowax over low heat or double boiler.
Using toothpicks or small forks, dip the balls into the chocolate.
Set on wax paper and refrigerate.
