Ingredients

1cupoatmeal,dry, like old-fashioned oats

⅔cupcoconut flakes,toasted, unsweetened

½cuppeanut butter

½cupground flax seed

⅓cuphoney,or agave nectar

¼cupunsweetened cocoa powder

1tbspseeds,optional

1tspvanilla extract

Preparation

Stir the oatmeal, coconut flakes, peanut butter, flax seed, honey, cocoa powder, seeds and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.

Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Once chilled, roll into balls of 1-inch diameter or desired size.
