Ingredients

1⅓cupsflour

½cupcocoa powder

1tspbaking soda

½tspbaking powder

½cupbutter

¼cupbrown sugar

½cupwhite sugar

2eggs

1cuppumpkin,canned

½cupmilk chocolate chips

¼cupmilk

2tbsplight cream

½tbspbutter

3tbspchocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl. Set aside.

Cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until fluffy.

Stir in the eggs, pumpkin, and milk.

Add the pumpkin mixture and chocolate chips to the flour mixture. Stir just until combined.

Spread the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Heat the cream and butter in the microwave for about 20 to 25 seconds or until it just comes to a boil.

Remove and add the chocolate chips. Let sit for a few minutes without stirring.

Whisk the chocolate and cream together, then drizzle it over bread.
