Ingredients

1.8 kg chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless, (16 pieces)

2 cup sour cream

¼ cup lemon juice

4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp celery salt

2 tsp pepper

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp seasoned salt

1 tsp garlic salt

2 cup butter-flavored crackers, crushed

½ cup canola oil

½ cup butter, melted

Preparation

Place the chicken in 2 large shallow bowls. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Pour over chicken; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain and discard marinade. Coat chicken with cracker crumbs; place in 2 greased 13x9-inch baking dishes.

Combine oil and butter; drizzle over chicken. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 165 degrees F. This takes about 30 to 35 minutes.
