Ingredients
½cupbutter,softened
1cupsugar
1largeegg
1cuppecans,chopped
½cupflour
1½tspcinnamon
¼tspsalt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray an 8×8-inch baking pan with baking spray.
In your stand mixer cream butter and sugar on medium speed for 1 minute.
Add in the egg and pecans until well combined.
Sift flour, cinnamon and salt then add it to the stand mixer on the lowest speed setting until just combined.
Spread batter into the baking pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing.
