Ingredients

1cupunsalted butter

3cupspowdered sugar

1tspvanilla extract

2tbspheavy cream

Preparation

To a stand mixer on low speed, cream the butter.

Add in the powdered sugar in ½ cup increments until fully combined, then raise the speed to medium-high for an 2 additional minutes.

Add in the vanilla and heavy cream, then beat until light and fluffy for an additional 1 minute.

Serve over cupcakes, and enjoy!
