Ingredients

10tbspbutter,room temperature

1¼cupsflour

½cuppowdered sugar,plus 2 tbsp

¼tspsalt

3largelarge eggs,room temperature

1cupgranulated sugar

3tbspflour

1tbsplemon zest

⅓cuplemon juice,from 2 lemons

½tspbaking powder

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 x 9-inch pan.

Mix the flour, powdered sugar, and salt together.

Cut the butter into the mix until crumbly, then press them into the bottom of the pan.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until lightly golden.

Whisk the eggs, sugar, flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, and baking powder together until combined.

Pour the filling over the cooked crust, then place the dish back in the oven.

Bake for 17 to 20 minutes until the filling is set.

Cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar.

Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!
