Ingredients

½lbelbow macaroni,uncooked

1cupcelery,diced

½cupcarrot,shredded

½cupfrozen peas,defrosted

1cupham,diced

¼cupgreen onion,or red onion, thinly sliced

1cupmayonnaise

3tbspapple cider vinegar,or white vinegar

2tbspsugar

1tspyellow mustard

2tbspsweet relish

¼tspsalt and pepper

Preparation

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Set aside to let cool.

Combine the pasta with the celery, carrot, frozen peas, ham, green onion, and dressing in a large bowl until well mixed.

Add the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, mustard, sweet relish, salt, and pepper in small bowl, then stir to combine.

Toss the pasta and vegetables with the dressing.
