Ingredients

½cupchia seeds

¼cupmaple syrup

fresh fruit

chocolate shavings

coconut

mint sprigs

Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, chia seeds and maple syrup. Cover and chill for at least one hour or up to 3 days.

For chocolate chia pudding, add ¼ cup of cocoa powder to the coconut milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup.

Add ¾ cup smashed raspberries to the coconut milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup for raspberry chia pudding.
