Ingredients
1pineapple,cut into spears
¼cupbutter,melted
¼cupbrown sugar
¼cupcoconut cream
¼cupcoconut flakes
1lime,juiced
Preparation
Lay the pineapple spears on a pan. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, coconut cream, coconut flakes and lime juice. Spread half of the mixture on top of the pineapple.
Grill over medium heat for about 7 to 10 minutes turning and basting once. Remove from the grill and use remaining sauce as desired.
