Ingredients
1cupraspberries
½cuplite coconut milk,canned
½cupAlmond Breeze Almond Coconut milk,unsweetened
2tbspchia seeds
1tbspshredded coconut,sweetened
Nu-Naturals liquid stevia,6 to 8 drops, or sugar, or honey, to taste
1tsplime juice
1tsplime zest
Preparation
Combine half of the raspberries and the remaining ingredients in a large container.
Mix well and close the container.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 5 to 6 hours.
Divide into 2 bowls or glass dishes. Top with remaining berries and serve.
