⅔cupbutter

¾cupWholesome! Organic Cane Sugar

1egg

½tspcoconut extract

¼tspalmond extract

1¾cupsflour

½tspbaking powder

¼cupflaked coconut

¼tspsalt

flaked coconut

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 24 mini muffin pan wells.

Cream the butter and Wholesome! Organic Cane Sugar.

Mix in the egg, coconut extract, and almond extract.

Combine the flour, baking powder, coconut and salt.

Using a spoon, mix the flour mixture into sugar mixture just until combined.

Divide the mixture over 24 muffin wells, then lightly press.

Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges.

Remove from the oven, then immediately create a small indent using a measuring spoon or the end of a wooden spoon.

Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove and place on a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, top with the Wholesome! Organic Frosting, coconut and Surf Sweets Organic Jelly Beans.
