Ingredients

8fresh peaches,peeled, pitted, sliced

½cupbutter,cut into pieces

½cupbrown sugar

2cupsall purpose flour

2cupswhite sugar

2tspbaking powder

1tspsalt

2eggs,lightly beaten

1cupvegetable oil

1tspground cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Arrange the peaches in the prepared pan. Scatter the butter over the peaches, then sprinkle the brown sugar evenly on top. Set aside.

Mix the flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Stir the oil into the beaten eggs, then stir the egg mixture into the dry ingredients.

Spoon the batter over the peaches, then sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until the crust is lightly browned.

Serve warm with ice cream, and enjoy!
