Ingredients

1cupflour

½cupunsalted buttersoftened

½cupsugar

¼cupbrown sugarpacked

2tspvanilla extract

½tspsalt

1cupmini semi-sweet chocolate chips

2cupssemi-sweet chocolatemelting discs

Preparation

Add the flour to a baking sheet and shake side to side until evenly spread out.

Bake in a 250 degrees F oven for 6 to 8 minutes until it reaches 160 degrees F.

Let cool completely.

To the stand mixer, add the butter, sugar and brown sugar.

Cream until light and fluffy, then add the vanilla, flour, salt and chocolate chips, stirring until just combined.

Using a 1 tablespoon-sized ice cream scoop, scoop the dough, then roll them into balls.

Place the balls onto a baking sheet, then freeze them for 30 minutes.

Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in the microwave at 30 second increments until completely smooth.

Dip the frozen cookie dough into the chocolate using a fork, taping any excess off.

Add sprinkles over if desired, then allow chocolate to harden.
