Ingredients
3⅖ozinstant vanilla pudding mix,(2 packages)
2cupsbuttermilk
12ozwhipped topping,frozen, thawed
20ozpineapple chunks,(1 can) drained
11ozmandarin oranges,(2 cans) drained
11½ozfudge stripe cookies,(½ package)
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mix and the buttermilk. Fold in the whipped topping. Mix in the pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges. Chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Crush cookies and mix in just before serving.
