Ingredients

1chocolate fudge cake mix

12ozdiet coke,(1 can)

4⅕ozCookies ‘n Cream Instant Pudding Mix,(1 package)

½cuplow-fat milk

1tspvanilla,optional

8ozlight cool whip,(1 carton) or fat-free cool whip, thawed

9mini Oreos,chopped, optional

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the dry cake mix and the Diet Coke.

Whisk together until just combined. Do not overmix.

Bake for 25 to 28 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool completely.

Whisk together the dry pudding mix, milk, and vanilla until combined.

Fold in ½ of the cool whip and then fold in the remaining ½ of the cool whip.

Spread over the cooled cake.

Garnish with chopped Oreos, if desired.

Cut into 15 squares and serve.
