Ingredients

10 oz chicken breast , boneless and skinless chicken breasts, halved, flattened, and tenderized

¾ cup water

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp ground black pepper

¼ tsp liquid smoke

¼ tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp onion powder

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp french dressing

cooking spray

3 pcs oat burger buns

¾ oz lettuce, shredded

3 tbsp ranch dressing

3 oz tomato , cut into rings

¼ cup potato fries, per serving

Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together water, salt, pepper, liquid smoke, oregano, onion powder, paprika, and French dressing.

Submerge your chicken in the marinade, then set it aside in a chilled area. Allow to marinate for 4 to 6 hours.

Preheat your grill and grease your grill with cooking spray.

Once ready, grill chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

Toast also your buns. We can now assemble the sandwich.

Spread roughly 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing on each bun, then place your cooked chicken at the bottom bun.

Place roughly 1-ounce tomatoes and ¼-ounce lettuce.

Cover with the top bun and serve with potato fries or onion rings.
