Ingredients
10 oz chicken tenders, grilled, sliced into strips
2 cups green leaf lettuce leaves, sliced
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 cups Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese blend, shredded
⅓ cup cucumbers, thinly sliced, seeded, chopped (optional)
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
4 tortillas, large, flour or wheat
½ cup guacamole, prepared
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup plain yogurt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cumin powder
2 tsp lime juice
3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
milk, as needed

Preparation
Combine the guacamole, mayonnaise, yogurt, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, cumin, lime juice, and cilantro. Whisk until smooth.
Adjust the consistency of the dressing with milk as desired. Keep chilled.
Transfer the tortillas to a working board and assemble the wrap following the order of ingredients: cheeses, chicken, red onion, tomato, cucumbers, lettuce, and 2 tablespoons of the dressing. Repeat until 4 wraps are made.
Serve the chicken cool wrap with potato chips and extra dressing on the side. Enjoy!
