Ingredients
3 tbsp ground cinnamon
½ cups granulated sugar
¼ tsp yeast, dry
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup milk, warm
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
Preparation
Mix milk, eggs, butter, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Beat and stir well.
Add cinnamon and some more sugar to the mixture.
Knead the mixture till it turns to stiff dough.
Take a greased bowl and transfer the dough there and let it rise for one hour.
Roll the dough into a rectangle and cut into 10-12 slices.
Roll the slices.
Take a 13x9 pan and glaze the bottom with melted butter.
Transfer the rolls or the sticks and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
